General Grading CriteriaEach assessment category is graded on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent and 1 being unsatisfactory.
Score Scale:5 – Excellent: Exceeds expectations, demonstrates mastery
4 – Good: Meets expectations, minor improvements needed
3 – Satisfactory: Meets basic requirements, moderate improvement needed
2 – Needs Improvement: Below expectations, significant gaps
1 – Unsatisfactory: Does not meet requirements, major deficiencies
