  1. Deliver Live or Virtual Training Sessions
    • Conduct engaging and informative classes on plumbing topics, including installation, repair, and system maintenance techniques.
    • Use a variety of teaching methods (demonstrations, videos, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples) to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Ensure lessons are interactive and encourage participation, whether in-person or virtually.
  2. Prepare Curriculum and Lesson Plans
    • Develop clear, detailed lesson plans that align with the SayPro curriculum.
    • Ensure all lessons cover relevant plumbing topics like pipe installation, fixture repairs, water heater maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
    • Update lesson plans regularly to incorporate the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
  3. Provide Hands-On Learning Opportunities
    • Organize practical exercises, such as pipe cutting, jointing, and troubleshooting plumbing systems, either in-person or through virtual simulations and demonstrations.
    • Guide students in real-world scenarios, giving them the chance to practice their skills under supervision.
    • Set up practical projects like installing a toilet, repairing a leaking faucet, or troubleshooting a water heater.
  4. Monitor and Assess Student Progress
    • Track student attendance, participation, and performance, providing constructive feedback.
