  • Hands-On Skill Evaluation:
    • Observe participants during hands-on training exercises, such as pipe installation, leak repairs, fixture installations, and system troubleshooting.
    • Evaluate their technique, accuracy, and safety as they complete tasks, ensuring they follow proper procedures.
    • Provide real-time feedback on their performance, including any errors or areas of improvement.
  • Task Completion:
    • Track whether students can successfully complete plumbing tasks independently and if they apply the correct methods and tools in various scenarios.
    • Identify strengths and weaknesses in individual performance, providing constructive feedback and actionable steps to help them improve.
  • Simulated Real-World Challenges:
    • Create scenarios where students must solve practical plumbing problems, such as diagnosing leaks, replacing faulty parts, or installing new systems.
    • Use problem-solving exercises to gauge their ability to assess plumbing issues and find appropriate solutions.

2. Utilizing Quizzes and Written Assessments

  • Knowledge Testing:
