The SayPro Course Coordinator/Administrator plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that all courses run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This position focuses on organizing, managing, and overseeing all logistical and administrative aspects of SayProโs monthly training and educational programs.
Detailed Role Responsibilities:
1. Course Planning and Scheduling
- Coordinate and prepare the course calendar each month, ensuring all sessions are properly scheduled.
- Collaborate with instructors to confirm availability, course dates, and session durations.
- Reserve venues (for in-person courses) or set up online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LMS) as required.
2. Registration and Enrollment Management
- Manage the registration processโtrack sign-ups, process enrollment forms, and maintain participant records.
- Confirm attendance and communicate course details (times, materials, login info, etc.) with participants before sessions begin.
- Address any registration issues or special participant requests promptly.
3. Instructor and Participant Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between instructors and learners before and during the course.
- Send reminders, schedules, course outlines, and resource materials to both parties.
- Assist instructors with any preparation or support they need to deliver sessions effectively.
4. Resource and Material Preparation
- Prepare and distribute course materials (digital or printed), handouts, and required tools.
