Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Manage Course Registrations
- Track Registrations:
- Oversee the entire registration process, including tracking enrollments, confirming registration details, and processing payments (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all registrants.
- Coordinate with Participants:
- Ensure that participants receive confirmation emails with important course details (dates, times, materials, access links, etc.) after registering.
- Monitor registration deadlines and send reminders to ensure timely sign-ups.
- Handle Waitlists:
- If a course is full, manage waitlists efficiently and notify participants if spots become available.
- Keep participants informed about any changes or updates to registration availability.
2. Respond to Participant Inquiries
- Provide Course Information:
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding course content, schedules, instructors, prerequisites, and registration procedures.
- Provide detailed information about course objectives, required materials, and any relevant administrative details.
- Assist with Technical Issues:
- Help participants with login issues, access to online platforms, or technical problems related to course delivery.
