This responsibility ensures that courses are aligned with the latest trends, learner needs, and administrative timelines.


Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Course Scheduling with Instructors

  • Schedule Confirmation:
    • Work closely with instructors to confirm available dates and times for courses and workshops, ensuring there are no conflicts with other scheduled activities.
    • Ensure that course schedules are realistic, considering both the availability of the instructors and the participants.
  • Adjustments and Changes:
    • Communicate any changes or conflicts in the schedule to both instructors and students, minimizing disruptions.
    • Work with instructors to reschedule or adjust course delivery if unexpected issues arise (e.g., instructor availability, holidays, etc.).
  • Maintain Calendar:
    • Keep track of the course schedule in a centralized system, making sure that all involved parties have access to updated timelines.
    • Send reminders to instructors well ahead of time to confirm course delivery and preparation.

2. Support Instructors with Content Updates

  • Course Content Review:
