SayPro Tasks to Be Done for the Period: January

✅ Task: Attend at least 3 Live Sessions with Facilitators

Objective:

To promote active learner participation, engagement, and support through direct interaction with SayPro facilitators by attending a minimum of three (3) live online training sessions during the month of January.

Details of the Task:

  • Platform: SayPro Live Sessions via Zoom or SayPro LMS
  • Target Learners: All registered SayPro Artisan School participants
  • Timeframe: January 1st – January 31st
  • Minimum Requirement: Attend 3 full live sessions relevant to your trade or training program

Expected Actions:

  1. Check the Live Session Schedule
    • Log into the SayPro LMS or visit your program calendar to view available live session dates and topics for January.
  2. Register or Confirm Attendance
    • Some sessions may require pre-registration. Follow instructions to confirm your attendance in advance.
  3. Join the Session On Time
    • Arrive at each session promptly.
    • Remain present for the full duration to receive attendance credit.
  4. Participate Actively
    • Engage by asking questions, responding to facilitator prompts, and participating in breakout discussions or polls.
    • Take notes or screenshots for your own learning and assessment preparation.
  5. Submit Attendance Confirmation (if required)
    • Some sessions may require learners to complete a short feedback form or quiz to confirm attendance and understanding of the topic.

Performance Criteria:

  • Attend a minimum of 3 sessions before January 31st
  • Full session attendance is required to count (no partial credit)
  • Participation may be verified via attendance logs or LMS tracking
