Objective: Upload a minimum of 25 reports for conference analysis during the current quarter.

📌 Key Requirements:

🔹 Report Focus:

Each report must analyze one educational conference or professional event, covering:

  • Insights relevant to SayPro’s educational mission
  • Trends in training, skills development, technology, or education policy
  • Innovations, tools, or models that could be adopted by SayPro

🔹 Report Content Checklist (per report):

Each report should include the following sections:

  1. Conference Name & Date
  2. Organizer/Host Institution
  3. Key Themes & Sessions Attended
  4. Relevance to SayPro’s Education Program
  5. Key Takeaways or Trends
  6. Recommendations for SayPro (what should be adopted or explored)
  7. Supporting Links or Attachments (e.g., brochures, agenda, slide decks)

📂 Submission Format:

  • Preferred: Word Document (.docx) or PDF
  • Use the SayPro Feedback & Recommendations Form or a custom Conference Analysis Template if provided.
  • File Naming Format:
    SayPro_ConferenceAnalysis_[ConferenceName]_Q[QuarterNumber]_2025_[YourName].docx

📁 Upload Requirements:

  • A minimum of 25 reports must be uploaded to the designated SayPro platform or shared drive by the end of the quarter.
  • Reports can be submitted by:
    • Individual staff members
    • Departmental representatives
    • External researchers (if approved)

🧾 Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain a submission log with:
    • Report title
    • Author name
    • Submission date
    • Summary of relevance
  • Summary table or tracker must be submitted with the full report batch.
