SayPro events are curated to bring together key stakeholders dedicated to inclusive education, skills development, and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. To ensure a purposeful and organized event experience, participation is governed by the following entry criteria:

1. Submission of a Completed Application

Mandatory Requirement:
All prospective participants are required to complete and submit the official SayPro Event Application Form before the specified registration deadline.

This application process ensures that all attendees:

• Meet the eligibility criteria.
• Align with the objectives of the event.
• Are able to contribute meaningfully to the discussions, workshops, and learning sessions.

A complete application must include:

• Personal and professional details.
• A brief statement of interest explaining your role in inclusive education, skills development, or support for individuals with disabilities.
• Any relevant supporting documents or references (as specified in the application form).

Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.

2. Involvement in Inclusive Development or Support

SayPro recommends that applicants be actively involved in one or more of the following areas:

• Academic training for learners with disabilities.

• Vocational training and employment support aimed at empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive in the workforce.

3. Eligible Participant Categories

SayPro welcomes applicants from diverse professional and community backgrounds, including:

a. Individual Educators

Teachers, lecturers, and instructional staff engaged in mainstream or special education, curriculum adaptation, or inclusive teaching methodologies.

b. Inclusive Education Facilitators

Specialists such as educational psychologists, learning support professionals, and inclusion consultants who provide direct or advisory support to schools or institutions.

c. Parents and Guardians

Caregivers of children or adults with disabilities, especially those involved in advocating for better educational or developmental opportunities.

d. NGO Representatives

Individuals affiliated with non-governmental organizations focused on education, disability inclusion, human rights, or community development.

e. School District Decision-Makers

Administrators and policymakers responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating inclusive education policies and services at the district or regional level.

4. Registration Deadline and Confirmation

• Applicants will receive a confirmation email once their application has been reviewed and approved.
• Due to limited capacity, SayPro may prioritize applicants based on relevance to the event theme, geographic diversity, and potential for impact.
