2. Draft Reminder Content

  • Include key details such as:
    • Event date and start/end times
    • Platform access links or physical location details
    • Instructions on joining the session (e.g., login steps, apps required)
    • Expectations for participant behavior or preparation (e.g., attendance, participation rules)
    • Contact information for technical or event support

3. Personalize Messages

  • Use participant names and session-specific info for a personalized touch.
  • Highlight any changes or important notes relevant to specific participant groups.

4. Send and Monitor Reminders

  • Use automated tools to dispatch reminders at scheduled times.
  • Track delivery status and open rates.
  • Follow up manually with participants who do not open or respond, if necessary.

5. Provide Support Channels

  • Remind participants how to reach support for technical issues or questions.
  • Offer FAQs or quick guides to common problems.
