Task Components:

1. Prepare Final Content for Upload

  • Collect final versions of:

  • Confirm that all files are approved, branded, and accessible (e.g., PDFs, mobile-friendly formats).

2. Organize Content by Category or Session

  • Create a structured content layout on the website:
    • Event Overview
    • Session Materials (sorted by date, topic, or speaker)
    • Resources & Downloads
    • FAQs and Technical Support
  • Use clear file names and short descriptions for each item.

3. Upload Content to Website

  • Upload files to appropriate sections of the SayPro website.
  • Ensure:
    • Fast download speeds
    • Files open on desktop and mobile
    • Links are not broken or restricted by permission settings

4. Test Accessibility

  • Check that content is:
    • Easy to navigate and view
