- Provide a simple engagement guide explaining how to contribute actively (e.g., joining discussions, completing group tasks, asking questions).
B. Design Interactive Sessions
- Structure sessions to include:

– Breakout discussions
– Case studies, simulations, or group challenges - Limit passive lecture-style formats; use interactive tools like Mentimeter, Slido, or Jamboard.
C. Train Speakers and Facilitators
