Adjustments: Make timely modifications to plans, priorities, or resource allocation based on current realities.

II. PLANNING AND SCHEDULING THE CHECK-INS
1. Set a Regular Day and Time
Choose a consistent day and time each week that works for all or most team members.
Consider time zones and availability, ensuring key staff, volunteers, and contractors can attend.
