1. Simplified Donation Process
- Minimize Steps: Design a donation process that can be completed in as few steps as possibleโfrom landing on the campaign page to receiving a confirmation.
- One-Click Donation Options: Offer express options for returning donors using secure, saved payment methods or integrations with platforms like PayPal, Stripe, or mobile wallets.
- Suggested Donation Amounts: Provide preset donation amounts (e.g., $10, $25, $50, $100) with an option to enter a custom amount to reduce decision fatigue.
2. Intuitive Page Design
- Clear Call-to-Action (CTA): Use prominent, visually appealing CTA buttons like โDonate Now,โ โSupport This Cause,โ or โGive Todayโ placed strategically across pages.
- Decluttered Interface: Keep design clean and focused, with minimal distractions on donation-related pages.
