- Track course completion rates by monitoring learners who successfully finish courses, modules, or certification requirements within set timeframes.
- Use SayPro’s Learning Management System (LMS) analytics tools and other relevant platforms to extract accurate and up-to-date data.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze collected data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues related to learner engagement and retention.
- Segment data by course, learner demographics, or other relevant categories to provide detailed insights.
- Compare current period metrics with historical data to assess progress or decline.
- Reporting:
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured reports summarizing key findings, including statistical charts, graphs, and narrative explanations.
- Highlight significant observations such as courses with high or low engagement, dropout points, and factors influencing completion rates.
- Provide actionable recommendations to SayPro College leadership and curriculum developers for improving learner engagement and course design.
- Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with course facilitators, instructional designers, and academic coordinators to validate findings and understand contextual factors affecting engagement.
