Position Title: Menu Content Research Assistant (GPT-Powered)
Role Summary:
As a SayPro Learner participating in this program, your primary responsibility is to extract highly relevant and diverse menu-related topics using GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). This task is foundational to content creation for hospitality, culinary, and food service industries. You will work with SayProโs approved prompt structures and digital tools to consistently achieve a target of 100 high-quality items per prompt, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and alignment with real-world menu development standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Construction and Refinement:
- Develop and input effective prompts into GPT tools based on provided guidelines and culinary themes.
- Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and tailored to yield meaningful, usable content relevant to menu development, marketing strategies, or culinary trends.
- Topic Extraction and Validation:
- Extract 100 topic items per prompt, focusing on variety, originality, and relevance to the given category (e.g., appetizers, desserts, regional cuisines, health-conscious dishes, beverage pairings, etc.).
- Ensure that each extracted item is factually appropriate, contextually accurate, and aligned with the target menu theme.
- Data Organization and Categorization:
- Organize extracted items into logical groups or subcategories (e.g., by meal type, dietary preference, cuisine origin) using SayPro-approved templates.
- Remove duplicates, filter irrelevant entries, and maintain high content quality across all outputs.
- Adherence to SayPro Guidelines:
- Follow SayProโs formatting standards, content structuring rules, and documentation procedures.
- Use only SayPro-approved tools and platforms to record and submit completed topic lists.
- Quality Control and Review:
- Review and self-edit extracted items for coherence, accuracy, and uniqueness.
- Revise prompt wording or rerun extractions when outputs fall below quality benchmarks.
Performance Expectations:
- Maintain a 100% completion rate per assigned prompt, consistently extracting a full set of 100 high-value items.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to spot and correct inconsistencies in generated content.
- Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining quality and professional presentation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic understanding of culinary terminology and food service industry concepts.
- Strong analytical and content assessment skills.
- Familiarity with GPT tools (training provided as part of the program).
- Ability to formulate and adjust prompts to yield specific, targeted results.
- Good written communication and digital organization skills.
