SayPro Total Number of Graduates Eligible for Placement This Quarter

Objective:
To accurately track and report the total number of SayPro graduates who have completed their training programs and are ready to be placed in employment opportunities within the current quarter.

Detailed Description:

  1. Definition of Eligibility:
    • Graduates who have successfully completed the SayPro Artisan School training program or any other relevant vocational course offered by SayPro.
    • Graduates who have met all certification requirements, assessments, and have been formally cleared for placement.
    • Graduates who have expressed readiness and availability for job placement during the quarter.
  2. Data Collection Process:
    • Compile a list of all individuals who completed their training in the previous quarter or earlier but are newly eligible this quarter due to completion of assessments, certifications, or other clearance procedures.
    • Verify the status of each graduate with relevant training coordinators and administrative records.
    • Confirm graduatesโ€™ availability for placement, including any employment preferences or restrictions.
  3. Data Validation:
    • Cross-check the graduate list against attendance, certification records, and any outstanding requirements to ensure only eligible candidates are counted.
    • Remove any graduates who are currently placed, unavailable, or not actively seeking employment.
  4. Reporting:
    • Present the total number of eligible graduates in quarterly reports and placement dashboards.
