Improvement Goal: Communication Skill Development

Target:

Achieve a minimum 30% measurable improvement in participants’ communication skills as assessed from pre-training to post-training evaluations.


Objective:

To ensure participants not only complete the training but also demonstrate quantifiable growth in core communication competencies, including:

  • Verbal clarity and confidence
  • Written professionalism and structure
  • Digital etiquette and tone
  • Listening, feedback integration, and conflict resolution

Assessment Criteria:

Participants will be evaluated in key areas using a standardized scoring rubric (scale of 1–5 or 1–10), including:

  • Digital Communication: Etiquette, format, responsiveness
  • Application of Feedback: Ability to improve based on trainer/peer input

Calculation of Improvement:

  • A 30% or greater increase indicates successful skill growth.
  • Results will be aggregated per participant and across the full cohort.

  • AI-Assisted Analysis: Evaluates quality of written/verbal communication samples using GPT-supported tools
  • Trainer Rubric Feedback: Standardized review of submissions with consistent scoring methods

Expected Outcome:

  • 85%+ of participants are projected to meet or exceed the 30% improvement benchmark
