Purpose:
To ensure that all data generated from client engagements, planning sessions, and consultations are systematically captured, standardized, and uploaded to SayProโs centralized planning dashboard. This process supports real-time monitoring, data-driven decision-making, transparency, and alignment with SayProโs governance and quality assurance frameworks.
Key Activities and Processes:
1. Data Collection and Compilation
Collect all relevant data generated during planning sessions, including:
Strategic objectives and priority actions
Performance targets and KPIs agreed upon
Risk assessments and mitigation plans
Resource allocation and identified needs
Stakeholder feedback and commitments
Meeting minutes, action items, and timelines
Ensure data completeness and accuracy by cross-checking session notes and client submissions.
2. Data Standardization and Formatting
Use SayProโs predefined data entry templates and formats to standardize all collected data.
Structure data to align with SayProโs taxonomy for strategic goals, KPIs, resource categories, and risk types.
Validate data consistency to enable seamless integration into the dashboardโs analytical tools.
3. Data Upload and Integration
Log in to SayProโs secure centralized planning dashboard platform.
