- Prioritize quality over quantity by focusing on well-aligned placements.
- Enhance Student Preparedness
- Provide comprehensive career workshops (resume building, interview skills).
- Offer mock interviews and personalized feedback to boost confidence.
- Strengthen Employer Relationships
- Maintain active communication with employer partners to understand their needs.
- Promote SayPro students as qualified, motivated candidates.
- Proactive Follow-Up
- Monitor interview outcomes and address any barriers immediately.
- Assist students and employers in clarifying expectations and timelines.
- Support During Internship Period
- Provide ongoing mentoring and check-ins to help students succeed and retain placements.
- Collect feedback from employers and students to troubleshoot early issues.
