Responsibility: Provide Institutional Diagnostic Reports Using SayPro Templates
Purpose:
To deliver clear, evidence-based Institutional Diagnostic Reports to clients using SayProโs standardized templates and assessment tools, enabling institutions to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for reform. These reports serve as the foundation for strategic planning, quality improvement, and performance monitoring in alignment with SayProโs principles of Impact, Equity, Access, and Innovation.
Key Functions and Activities:
1. Data Collection and Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct structured diagnostic assessments using SayPro’s approved tools, including:
Surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Institutional self-assessment checklists
Document and policy reviews
Site visits or virtual walkthroughs (where applicable)
Engage a wide range of stakeholders such as:
Senior management (e.g. VCs, Deans)
Academic and administrative staff
Students and external partners (where relevant)
2. Use of SayPro Diagnostic Templates
Apply SayPro’s standardized templates to ensure consistency, comparability, and comprehensiveness across assessments.
