Key Steps:

  1. Inventory Session Needs:
    • Confirm with each facilitator what specific resources they require (e.g., printed handouts, presentation slides, markers, flip charts, projectors).
    • Identify any digital needs for virtual or hybrid sessions (e.g., Zoom access, screen-sharing capabilities, video playback, polling tools).
