SayPro Entry Eligibility: Open to Groups or Organizations Involved in Planning, Consulting, or Community Communication Work
SayPro welcomes the participation of groups, collectives, and formally registered organizations that are actively engaged in areas such as planning, consulting, and community communication. These organizations play a vital role in shaping community development, supporting public engagement, and delivering expert services that align with SayPro’s mission of promoting inclusive development, capacity building, and sustainable impact.

- Participatory planning and stakeholder engagement processes
2. Consulting
Groups that provide:
- Advisory services in public policy, governance, education, or development sectors

- Research, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation (M\&E) services
- Strategy design and implementation support for nonprofit or government initiatives
3. Community Communication
Entities working on:
- Public awareness campaigns and civic education
- Grassroots communication and outreach strategies
- Media production, storytelling, and digital communication targeting community engagement
- Conflict resolution, dialogue facilitation, or participatory communication initiatives
Required Documentation
Eligible groups or organizations may be required to submit:
- A certificate of registration or proof of legal entity
- Organizational profile and mission statement
- Portfolio of relevant work or case studies
- Letter of intent detailing alignment with SayPro’s objectives
- Contact information and key representatives for engagement
