- Environmental Scanning and Research
- Conduct continuous environmental scans to monitor national, regional, and global policy landscapes, identifying trends, gaps, and emerging challenges relevant to SayPro’s mission.
- Use a variety of sources including government publications, international agency reports, academic journals, media coverage, and stakeholder consultations.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with policymakers, civil society leaders, academic experts, and community representatives to gather insights on pressing policy issues and priority areas.
