Feedback and Certification Process

Phase: Post-Training Evaluation (June 26โ€“30, 2025 and following)
Program: SayPro Monthly June โ€“ SCHAR-22
Platform: SayPro Online Learning Portal


Feedback Process

1. Evaluation of Deliverables

  • All submitted assignmentsโ€”written tasks, verbal recordings, surveys, and reportsโ€”are reviewed by SayPro trainers.
  • Trainers assess each deliverable based on pre-defined criteria, including clarity, professionalism, application of skills, and completeness.

2. Personalized Feedback Reports

  • Participants receive individualized, detailed feedback highlighting:
    • Strengths demonstrated during the training
    • Areas needing improvement
    • Practical suggestions for continued skill development
  • Feedback is delivered through the SayPro LMS messaging system and uploaded to participantsโ€™ profiles.

3. Feedback Timeline

  • Feedback is typically provided within 5 business days after submission deadlines.
  • Participants are encouraged to review the feedback carefully and, if desired, discuss with trainers for clarification.

Certification Process

1. Completion Criteria

Participants must:

  • Submit all required deliverables by the deadline (June 30, 2025)
  • Achieve minimum passing scores on final assessments
  • Complete the post-training self-assessment and feedback forms

2. Certification Issuance

  • Upon meeting all criteria, SayPro issues a Certificate of Completion.
  • Certificates are accessible as downloadable PDFs via the SayPro LMS.

3. Certification Benefits

  • Recognizes the participantโ€™s proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Validates commitment to professional development.
  • Can be shared with employers, LinkedIn profiles, or professional portfolios.

Additional Notes

  • Participants who do not meet the passing criteria or miss deadlines may be offered remedial options or retake opportunities, subject to SayPro policies.
  • Ongoing support and refresher resources are available post-certification for continuous improvement.
