- Promote Collaboration
- Facilitate teamwork-oriented tasks or projects that require cooperation and communication.
- Encourage participants to work across different groups to build wider connections.
- Encourage Sharing and Listening
- Create safe spaces where attendees feel comfortable expressing their experiences and perspectives.
- Use small group settings or breakout rooms to deepen conversations.
- Integrate Cultural and Spiritual Elements
- Incorporate elements of Jewish teachings or traditions to strengthen cultural identity and spiritual connection.
- Use storytelling, music, or rituals as part of the activities when appropriate.
- Support Networking Opportunities
- Allocate time for informal networking and socializing during breaks or dedicated sessions.
