- Finalize Session Topics and Content
- Work collaboratively with each facilitator and speaker to finalize their session titles, descriptions, and objectives.
- Ensure all session topics align with the eventโs overarching goals and themes.
- Gather Presentation Requirements
- Collect information on any special needs such as AV equipment, handouts, or digital materials.
- Confirm if facilitators require support during their sessions (e.g., tech assistance, moderators).
- Provide Event Details and Expectations
- Share logistics details including event schedule, location, timing, and audience profile.
- Clarify expectations around session length, format, and participant engagement.
- Maintain Communication
- Keep regular contact with facilitators and speakers to address questions or changes.
