Initial Self-Assessment and Document Submission

Objective:
To establish a baseline understanding of each participantโs current communication skills and gather necessary documentation to tailor the training experience effectively.
Tasks and Requirements:
- Completion of Pre-Training Self-Assessment Survey
- Participants must complete a detailed self-assessment survey designed to evaluate their existing verbal and written communication skills.
- The survey covers various dimensions including:
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations
- Clarity and professionalism in written communication (emails, reports)
- Ability to handle interpersonal communication and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and etiquette
- Honest and thoughtful responses are essential to help trainers personalize learning paths and identify key focus areas.
- The survey is accessible through the SayPro website and must be submitted by the deadline (June 7, 2025).
- Submission of Required Documents
Participants are required to upload the following documents to the SayPro platform:
- Completed Registration Form: Confirmation of enrollment details.
- Samples of Written Communication: Examples such as emails, reports, or memos to assess writing style and effectiveness.
- Recorded Verbal Presentation: A video or audio recording demonstrating current verbal communication skills (3-10 minutes in length).
- Any Additional Forms or Certifications: As specified in the program guidelines.
- Submission Guidelines:
- All documents must be submitted electronically through the SayPro website portal before the deadline.
- Ensure documents are clear, complete, and free of sensitive or confidential information. Redact any such data if necessary.
