I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has significantly affected the process of marking assessments on ensaypro.online and education portal, due to a malfunction in the education and ensaypro.online.

The ensaypro system has been unresponsive since last year when it comes to buying or completing enrolled courses, preventing me from accessing student submissions, entering grades, or generating reports. Despite attempts to resolve the issue by .

This interruption has caused delays in marking and providing timely feedback to students, which is crucial for their learning and progress. While I have managed to implement temporary measures such as moving the course to education hoping that we wont face another issue but on education while the students were busy completing the and were about to submit the first formative assessment, the course automatically got locked and does not allow them to continue any further with their work, the absence of a fully functional system remains a challenge.

I kindly request that this issue be addressed as a matter of urgency. Additionally, I would suggest considering measures to prevent future disruptions, such as enhanced system reliability, an offline backup solution, or a more responsive technical support system.
