Key Responsibilities:
- Select and Integrate Virtual Tools
- Choose suitable video conferencing software compatible with the SayPro website (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or embedded solutions).
- Integrate the platform securely with the event registration system for easy participant access.
- Configure Meeting Spaces
- Set up the main session room(s) with required host and co-host permissions.
- Create breakout rooms according to the event agenda and session planning.
- Enable Interactive Features
