- Monitor Registrations:
Continuously track registrations in real-time via SayPro’s dashboard, ensuring quotas for different participant categories (e.g., speakers, VIPs, general attendees) are managed.
- Verification & Confirmation:
Verify registration details for accuracy and completeness. Send automated or personalized confirmation emails with event details, access instructions, and follow-up communications.
- Troubleshooting Support:
Provide assistance through SayPro’s platform or dedicated support channels for registrants experiencing technical issues or needing help.
- Maintain Data Privacy:
Ensure all collected participant data is stored and handled securely in compliance with privacy policies and relevant data protection laws.
- Generate Reports:
