Organize Parent Feedback via SayPro Feedback Tool
Objective:
To gather feedback from parents using the SayPro Feedback Tool, ensuring the feedback is organized and analyzed to improve services, programs, and overall satisfaction.
Task Breakdown:
Week 1 (February 1st – February 7th):
- Task 1: Set up Parent Feedback Survey for February in the SayPro Feedback Tool.
- Goal: Create a comprehensive survey focusing on key areas such as communication, child development, and program effectiveness.
- Due Date: February 7th
- Task 2: Send out the Parent Feedback Survey to all parents via email or through SayPro’s communication channels.
- Goal: Ensure that all parents have access to the survey and encourage participation.
- Due Date: February 7th
Week 2 (February 8th – February 14th):
- Task 1: Monitor survey participation and send Reminder Emails to parents who have not yet submitted feedback.
- Goal: Increase survey completion rate by reminding parents about the importance of their feedback.
- Due Date: February 14th
- Task 2:Analyze initial feedback from completed surveys to identify key themes or areas of concern.
- Goal: Begin reviewing submitted feedback and categorize responses based on common themes.
