Conduct Face-to-Face or Online Revision Sessions
Objective:
To facilitate revision sessions that allow employees or learners to refresh their knowledge, clarify doubts, and strengthen key concepts from training programs or previous learning activities.
Task Breakdown:
Week 1 (February 1st – February 7th):
- Task 1: Conduct Online Revision Session for Q4 Training Topics (2024).
- Goal: Review key topics from the previous quarter’s training materials to ensure retention and clarity.
- Format: Zoom/Teams/WebEx (depending on your platform).
- Due Date: February 7th
- Task 2: Conduct Face-to-Face Revision Session for Employee Onboarding Program.
- Goal: Provide new hires with an opportunity to ask questions and clarify any points from the onboarding process.
- Location: Onsite meeting room.
- Due Date: February 7th
Week 2 (February 8th – February 14th):
- Task 1: Host Online Revision Session for Leadership Development Program.
- Goal: Review key leadership concepts, strategies, and application through group discussions and case studies.
- Platform: Zoom or Teams.
