Upload Learning Activities to SayPro Portal
Objective:
To upload and organize various learning activities (e.g., training materials, courses, webinars, etc.) to the SayPro portal, ensuring employees can access and engage with them for personal development, training, and skill-building.
Task Breakdown:
Week 1 (February 1st – February 7th):
- Task 1: Upload all completed training materials for Q4 (2024) into the portal.
- Goal: Ensure that any previous training resources are uploaded and accessible to employees who may need to revisit them.
- Due Date: February 7th
- Task 2: Organize training resources into categories (e.g., Soft Skills, Technical Skills, Leadership Development, etc.).
- Goal: Help users easily navigate the portal and find relevant materials.
- Due Date: February 7th
Week 2 (February 8th – February 14th):
- Task 1: Upload New Employee Onboarding Program learning materials to the SayPro portal.
- Goal: Ensure that new hires have access to all necessary materials for their onboarding.
- Due Date: February 14th
- Task 2: Upload February Webinars/Workshops session recordings and associated materials (slides, handouts, etc.).
- Goal: Make recorded sessions accessible for those who could not attend.
- Due Date: February 14th
Week 3 (February 15th – February 21st):
- Task 1: Upload Leadership Development Course learning modules for Q1.
- Goal: Ensure that employees enrolled in leadership programs have all necessary materials to progress.
- Due Date: February 21st
- Task 2: Review and upload technical training modules for software updates or new tools.
- Goal: Make sure all technical learning resources are available for employees to stay updated.

Week 4 (February 22nd – February 28th):
- Task 1: Upload Employee Well-being Programs (mental health, stress management, etc.) to the portal.
- Goal: Ensure that employees have access to well-being resources.

- Task 2: Upload any Compliance and Safety Training modules for Q1.
- Goal: Ensure that all required compliance training materials are available and up to date.

Q1 (March – May)
March Week 1 (March 1st – March 7th):
- Task 1: Upload March Webinars/Workshops materials (topics to be determined).
- Goal: Ensure that all materials for the upcoming webinars/workshops are uploaded and ready to be accessed by participants.

- Task 2: Upload Employee Performance Review Training materials (for both employees and managers).
- Goal: Ensure all employees and managers are prepared for the performance review process with training materials and guidelines.

March Week 2 (March 8th – March 14th):
- Task 1: Upload Project Management Training Modules to the portal.
- Goal: Ensure employees involved in project management have the right resources.
- Due Date: March 14th
- Task 2: Upload Sales Training Materials for the upcoming quarter.
- Goal: Make sure sales teams have access to the latest training materials and best practices.

March Week 3 (March 15th – March 21st):
- Task 1: Upload Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training modules for Q1.
- Goal: Ensure employees can access DEI resources and training materials.

- Task 2: Review and upload Personal Development & Soft Skills Training for the quarter.
- Goal: Ensure the portal is updated with all new materials for self-improvement.

March Week 4 (March 22nd – March 28th):
- Task 1: Upload Customer Service Excellence Training for all customer-facing employees.
- Goal: Ensure customer service staff have the latest tools and techniques for excellent service.

- Goal: Make sure that employees are informed and updated on any changes in health and safety procedures.

Task Review and Updates:
- Weekly Check-ins:
Review the upload progress, ensure all materials are properly formatted, and troubleshoot any upload issues that arise.
- Monthly Summary:
Provide a summary of all materials uploaded at the end of February and March, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for employees.
