- Institutional Compliance Training Certificate: All employees are required to complete SayPro’s official Institutional Compliance Training and upload the certificate of completion to the SayPro website as part of their mandatory documentation.
- Certificate Details:
- The certificate must be issued by SayPro upon successful completion of the Institutional Compliance Training program.
- It should include the employee’s full name, completion date, training title, and SayPro verification signature or seal.
- Ensure that the certificate is in PDF format and legible, with no alterations or missing information.
- Purpose:
- This certificate confirms that the employee has been trained in SayPro’s compliance policies, ethical standards, legal obligations, and organizational expectations.
- It is a requirement for maintaining compliance with internal policy standards and external regulatory frameworks.
- Submission Instructions:
- Log into your account on the SayPro website.
- Navigate to the “Employee Document Upload” section.
- Upload the certificate under the category “Compliance Certification” or as directed by your department.
- Name your file in the format: [FirstNameLastName_ComplianceCertificate] (e.g., JaneDoe_ComplianceCertificate.pdf).
- Deadline and Verification:
- Submit the certificate by the deadline set by your manager or HR.
- Late or missing submissions may affect your compliance status and eligibility for certain roles or responsibilities.
