- To personalize and humanize your application or project proposal.
- To demonstrate your ability to translate complex data concepts into clear narratives.
- To allow SayPro to easily showcase and promote effective practices across its network.
🎬 What to Include in the 1-Minute Video:
1. Introduction (0–15 seconds):
- Your name and title
- Your institution or organization (if applicable)
- The project or program your KPIs are tied to
2. KPI Focus Summary (15–45 seconds):
- What is your main KPI focus or challenge area?
- Why is it important to your institution, department, or community?
- How do you measure success? (brief mention of 2–3 key indicators)
3. Impact or Innovation (45–60 seconds):
- A result, insight, or improvement achieved through the KPI framework
- Or: A new approach or tool you’re using that others could learn from
