As part of SayPro’s commitment to recognizing institutional collaboration and support, participating organizations may be asked to submit their official institutional logo. This is used for certificate co-branding and personalization, allowing SayPro to properly acknowledge the role of your institution in various programs, events, trainings, or joint initiatives.
This submission is optional, and only required if:
- Your institution is officially partnering or collaborating with SayPro on a specific project or event.
- SayPro is issuing certificates of participation, training, contribution, or partnership on behalf of or in collaboration with your institution.
🎓 Purpose of Submitting Your Institutional Logo:
- To co-brand certificates issued by SayPro to reflect joint ownership or partnership.
- To provide formal recognition of your institution’s support, collaboration, or hosting of a SayPro-affiliated event or initiative.
- To ensure certificates awarded to participants visibly reflect the endorsement of both SayPro and your organization.
- To enhance the credibility and professional value of certificates issued to participants.

1. Format Requirements
- Preferred formats: High-resolution PNG (with transparent background), SVG, or EPS for print and digital flexibility.
- Alternate formats: JPEG (only if PNG/SVG is not available)
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for print quality
2. Design Specifications
- Logo should be clean, professional, and current (latest version used by your institution)
- Avoid submitting logos embedded in documents (e.g., PDFs or Word files) unless requested
- If available, include both horizontal and vertical versions for layout flexibility
3. Color Mode
- Use RGB for digital use or CMYK for print-ready versions
- Include a black and white version if your logo contains complex colors or gradients
4. Accompanying Information
Along with the logo file, include:
- Official institution name (as it should appear on the certificate)
- Department or unit name (if applicable)
- Preferred positioning (if your institution has specific branding guidelines)

SayPro will use the submitted logo only for approved, official purposes, such as:
- Certificate design
- Event banners or flyers (if mutually agreed upon)
- Reports or acknowledgments related to collaborative efforts
Your logo will not be altered, redistributed, or used without your institution’s prior consent outside of the intended context.
