🎯 Task Objective: On the final day of the SayPro Monthly April SCDR-4 Program, conduct formal assessments to evaluate participant progress and gather comprehensive feedback for improving future training sessions.
✅ Planned Activities for April 30, 2025
1. Post-Program Skill Assessment
- Tool: Self-assessment survey (Likert scale + open-ended questions)
- Goal: Measure growth in:
- Emotional regulation
- Communication and collaboration
- Conflict resolution
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Format: Digital (Google Forms or similar) and/or printed for in-person attendees
- Estimated Time: 20–25 minutes
2. Facilitator Observations Summary
- Activity: Review facilitator checklists and observation notes from all sessions
- Goal: Validate skill development and participation levels
- Output: Brief report highlighting observed strengths, challenges, and growth
3. Participant Feedback Survey
- Purpose: Collect feedback on the entire workshop experience
- Key Areas Covered:
- Relevance of content
- Effectiveness of facilitation
- Quality of materials and delivery
- Most useful and least useful activities
- Suggestions for improvement
- Format: Anonymous, short-answer + ratings (digital or paper)
- Estimated Time: 10–15 minutes
4. Group Reflection Circle (Optional Live Activity)
- Format: Open circle discussion
- Prompt Examples:
- “What’s one thing you’re taking away from this program?”
- “What skill have you improved the most?”
- “How will you apply what you’ve learned?”
