SayPro Assess Progress and Collect Feedback
Task Objective:
Conduct structured assessments to evaluate participant progress in life and social skills development and collect feedback to enhance future editions of the SayPro Monthly SCDR-4 Program.
Task Breakdown
1. Timing of Assessments
- Initial (Pre-Program) Assessment: Before or during the first session (April 15, 2025)
- Final (Post-Program) Assessment: During the last workshop (April 30, 2025)
- Feedback Collection: Final session + post-program digital follow-up (within 2–3 days of program conclusion)
2. Goals of the Assessment and Feedback Process
- Measure Skill Development in:
- Communication
- Emotional intelligence
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Conflict resolution
- Problem-solving
- Identify Areas of Strength and Improvement
- Collect Actionable Participant Feedback on:
- Workshop content and delivery

3. Assessment Tools & Methods
A. Pre- and Post-Program Self-Assessment Surveys
- Format: Digital (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms) or Paper-Based
- Method: Likert scale questions (1–5) to measure confidence and competence across target skills
- Sample Items:
- I feel confident expressing my ideas in a group.
- I can identify and manage my emotions under stress.
- I know how to resolve conflict in a respectful and constructive way.
- I actively listen and respond thoughtfully in conversations.

B. Observational Assessment (Facilitator-Led)
- Facilitators observe and note participant behavior during activities:

C. Peer and Group Feedback (Optional)
- In the final days, facilitate a structured group feedback circle:

4. Feedback Collection
A. End-of-Program Participant Feedback Form
- Purpose: Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas

- Format: Mix of multiple-choice, rating scales, and short answer fields
