Key Responsibility: Collaborate with SayPro Consultants and Stakeholders on Feedback Collection
- Engage proactively with SayPro consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather input on policies, procedures, and program initiatives.
- Facilitate structured feedback sessions, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to ensure comprehensive and diverse perspectives are captured.
- Coordinate and document feedback across departments to identify recurring themes, concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement efforts within SayPro.
- Ensure feedback collection processes align with SayProโs standards for transparency, inclusivity, and accountability.
- Work closely with policy writers, project managers, and leadership teams to incorporate relevant feedback into drafts, revisions, or action plans.
- Maintain detailed records of feedback received and actions taken in response, ensuring traceability and responsiveness.
- Foster collaborative relationships that encourage open communication, trust, and shared ownership of outcomes among all participants.
