Collecting & Analyzing Learner Feedback with SayPro Analytics Dashboard

- Distribute the survey
- Send the feedback survey link to participants via the SayPro email system right after the session.
- Optionally, embed the survey in the follow-up thank-you email.
- Gather responses
- Monitor incoming feedback through the SayPro platform or integrated survey tools.
- Access the analytics dashboard
- Log into SayPro and open the analytics dashboard.
- Filter results by session, date, or learner demographics to identify trends.
- Analyze feedback
- Review key metrics like satisfaction scores, common comments, and areas flagged for improvement.
- Use charts and reports in the dashboard to visualize data for easy interpretation.
- Report and act on findings
