SayPro Monthly August SCHAR-16 Event: Facilitation Plan


1. Pre-Event Preparations

  • Prepare printed or digital agendas and schedules for all attendees and staff

2. Event Day Execution

4. Post-Event Wrap-Up

  • Collect feedback forms from participants and facilitators
  • Thank all employers, facilitators, volunteers, and attendees
