Objective:
To create, organize, and deliver high-quality educational content tailored to the objectives of the event, ensuring that all materials are engaging, accessible, and aligned with participant needs.

The content development process ensures that all educational materials are designed to inform, inspire, and equip participants with relevant knowledge and skills. This includes presentations, handouts, workbooks, videos, and interactive resources.
2. Key Goals
- Develop content that aligns with the event’s learning outcomes and target audience.
- Ensure clarity, relevance, and accessibility in all materials.
- Organize content for easy delivery by facilitators and effective absorption by participants.
- Support content with multimedia, case studies, and real-world examples where appropriate.
3. Core Tasks
a. Define Content Scope and Structure
- Identify key themes and objectives for each session.
- Break down sessions into modules, topics, and learning outcomes.
- Determine content format needs (e.g., slides, guides, videos).
b. Develop Educational Materials
- Create slide decks for facilitators/presenters.
- Write participant guides or workbooks.
- Develop quizzes, discussion prompts, or reflection activities.
- Produce multimedia assets (videos, infographics, animations) if applicable.
c. Align Content with Audience Needs
- Ensure content is appropriate for the participants’ knowledge level, language preferences, and learning style.
- Include inclusive and culturally appropriate language and examples.
d. Review and Approve Content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for accuracy and relevance.
- Review for grammar, tone, and visual clarity.
- Test readability and accessibility (PDF formatting, alternative text, etc.).
e. Organize and Package Materials
- Create digital folders (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, LMS) for easy access.
- Print or distribute hard copies if needed for in-person events.
- Tag content by session/module for easy navigation.
f. Distribute and Train Facilitators
- Share materials with speakers and facilitators in advance.
- Provide notes, talking points, and presentation guidance.
