What This Involves:

  1. Experience in an Educational or Training Setting:
    • Prior work as a teacher, lecturer, corporate trainer, workshop facilitator, tutor, or similar role.

  2. Lesson Delivery Skills:
    • Familiarity with planning and delivering lessons or workshops.
    • Ability to break down complex ideas into simple, understandable concepts.
    • Experience using instructional tools such as presentations, whiteboards, and educational software.
  3. Classroom or Group Management:
    • Ability to manage classroom dynamics or group activities, keeping learners engaged and focused.
