To ensure that all necessary documents are collected from employees in a structured and timely manner for onboarding, compliance, payroll, and record-keeping.

Detailed Instructions for Employees:

  1. Identity Proof:
    • Provide a clear, valid government-issued ID.
    • Ensure the document is not expired.
    • Submit copies along with originals for verification.
  2. Address Proof:
    • Submit a recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas) or a valid rental agreement.
    • If Aadhaar Card is used, ensure it has current address updated.
  3. Educational Certificates:
    • Provide certificates of highest qualification attained.
    • Attach mark sheets if requested by HR.
  4. Work Experience Proof:
    • Submit official experience or relieving letters from previous employers.
    • Letters must be on company letterhead and signed by authorized personnel.
  5. Employment Documents:
    • Retain copies of offer letter and appointment letter.
    • Sign and submit acceptance documents as per company process.
  6. Bank Details:
    • Provide a cancelled cheque or a bank passbook page with name and account number.
    • Ensure details match the name on payroll.
  7. Tax Documents:
    • Submit a PAN Card copy for income tax compliance.
    • Fill out and submit the companyโ€™s tax declaration forms if applicable.
  8. Medical/Health Documents:
    • Submit medical certificates or reports if required for the role.
    • This may include vaccination records or fitness certificates.
  9. Photographs:
