๐ Key Responsibilities
1. Confirm Workshop Schedule & Topics
- Coordinate time slots for the following workshops:
- Resume Writing & CV Optimization
- Interview Skills and Techniques
- Effective Networking and Building a Personal Brand
- Confirm each sessionโs format (presentation, panel, Q&A, breakout)
2. Liaise with Workshop Facilitators
- Finalize list of speakers: HR leaders, recruiters, industry professionals, career coaches
- Share event goals, audience background, and workshop expectations
- Request presentation slides or materials in advance
- Provide logistical details: venue or virtual room links, timing, and tech support contacts
3. Logistics & Onsite Coordination
- Assign a SayPro team member to assist each speaker (greeter, timekeeper, tech support)
- Prepare name tags, speaker bios, and session agendas
- Ensure all equipment (laptops, projectors, microphones) is functional
- Set up workshop spaces 30 minutes in advance
4. Promote the Sessions
