Objective:

To design and implement structured risk mitigation frameworks that align with SayProโ€™s strategic goals, ensuring long-term sustainability, operational resilience, and educational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand SayPro’s Strategic Goals
    • Review SayProโ€™s mission, vision, and long-term objectives, such as:
      • Expanding access to quality vocational education
      • Ensuring learner success and retention
      • Embracing digital innovation and inclusivity
      • Maintaining compliance and operational excellence
    • Ensure all mitigation strategies directly support these goals.
  2. Develop Structured Mitigation Frameworks
    • Create comprehensive action plans that address identified risks (internal and external).
    • Frameworks should include preventive actions, response plans, and recovery procedures.
    • Each framework must be:
      • Goal-aligned (e.g., safeguarding digital access to meet remote learning goals)
      • Scalable (suitable for growth or program expansion)
      • Sustainable (efficient in use of resources)
  3. Key Components of the Mitigation Framework:

  • Include:

    • Revised plans based on feedback or changes in risk status
