SayPro Entry Criteria: Group Entries Must Consist of 2 to 5 Individuals
SayPro encourages collaborative participation through group submissions. To maintain fairness, structure, and effective evaluation, all group entries must be composed of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members. This ensures that groups are large enough for diverse collaboration but small enough for cohesive teamwork and manageable coordination.
1. Group Size Guidelines
- Minimum Group Size: 2 individuals
- Maximum Group Size: 5 individuals
Applications from groups that do not meet this requirement will not be considered valid. Groups with only one member must register as individual applicants, and groups exceeding five members must reduce their team to comply with the entry rules before submitting.
2. Purpose of the Group Size Limit
Setting this group size range helps to:
- Encourage balanced collaboration among participants.
- Ensure that each group member has a meaningful role and contribution.
- Allow organizers to provide fair attention and feedback to all teams.
- Simplify the evaluation and mentoring process by working with well-defined team structures.
3. Team Member Eligibility
Every group member must:
- Be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
- Submit proof of identification as part of the registration process (e.g., ID or passport).
- Agree to SayPro’s rules, terms, and conditions.
4. Designation of a Team Leader
Each group must appoint a team leader, who will:
- Act as the main contact person with SayPro organizers.
- Handle the group’s registration and submission process.
- Ensure all documentation is submitted completely and on time.
5. Required Group Documents
At the time of registration, group submissions must include:
- A List of Group Members (full names, emails, phone numbers, and roles)
- A Group Motivation Letter explaining why the team wishes to participate
- Proof of identity for each member
- Any other required materials outlined in the application guidelines
6. Group Composition Flexibility
- Groups may consist of individuals from different backgrounds or countries, as long as communication and documentation are managed effectively.
- Changes to group membership after registration are discouraged and may only be permitted with prior written approval from SayPro, before the submission deadline.
