- Ensure timely delivery of clothing items for distribution at events.
- Monitor stock distribution and adjust future orders based on demand trends.
4. Demand Forecasting
- Review historical data and event attendance figures to predict apparel needs.
- Adjust order quantities to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Work with the marketing and outreach teams to assess promotional clothing effectiveness.
5. Quality and Branding Assurance
- Ensure all apparel meets SayPro’s branding guidelines.
- Inspect new stock for defects or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with designers to update or refresh branding when necessary.
