Position Title: Collaborative Development Participant โ Feedback & Revision Process
Role Summary:
As a SayPro Learner, an essential part of your learning journey is to actively collaborate with the SayPro Masterclasses Office to receive constructive feedback, implement revisions, and refine your work. This role prepares participants for real-world scenarios where projects undergo iterative development and professional critique. Your ability to respond to feedback with professionalism, attention to detail, and a growth mindset is critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in Feedback Sessions:
- Participate in scheduled feedback sessionsโeither written, virtual, or in-personโwith SayPro Masterclass facilitators or mentors.
- Be prepared to present your draft menu designs, GPT-generated outputs, and documentation for review.
- Take detailed notes on suggested revisions, comments, and areas for improvement provided by the Masterclasses Office.
- Receiving and Processing Feedback:
- Read or listen to all feedback carefully and objectively.
- Identify key action points from the feedback, including layout adjustments, content clarity, branding alignment, prompt refinement, or formatting improvements.
- Ask clarifying questions when necessary to ensure a full understanding of the revision expectations.
- Revising Work Based on Guidance:
- Implement revisions according to the feedback received, using SayPro templates and formatting tools.
- Maintain a high standard of quality, ensuring that all updates are thorough and address the specific issues highlighted by the Masterclasses Office.
- Create updated versions of your work and label them appropriately (e.g., โRevised Draft v2 โ Feedback Implementedโ).
- Documenting the Revision Process:
- Keep a record of all changes made during the revision process, including the reason for each change (e.g., โChanged item description for clarity based on feedback from facilitator.โ).
- Submit a short revision summary with each updated draft explaining what was changed and why.
- Demonstrating Professional Communication:
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with SayPro mentors and reviewers.
- Respond to comments and emails in a timely manner and confirm when tasks have been completed or revisions submitted.
- Preparing for Final Approval:
- Continue revising and resubmitting your work as needed until it meets SayProโs quality standards.
- Ensure that your final submission reflects all required changes and improvements suggested during earlier feedback rounds.

- Respond to feedback promptly and thoroughly, demonstrating openness and commitment to continuous improvement.
